POLICIES AND ORDERING
INFORMATION
ORDERS
Orders may be placed
on-line or by phone.

Phone orders may be placed from
8AM to 5:30 PM: Pacific Time - Monday through Friday
SHIPPING
Orders for in stock items
will ship the same day if placed by 2 PM. Pacific Time.
Orders placed after 2 PM will
ship the following day.
Orders placed on the weekend
will ship the following Monday.
Monday Holidays excluded.
Most orders will ship via UPS
Email will be sent with
UPS Shipping Tracking Number with a confirmation your order has been
received and processed.
Orders status is checked by your
invoice number emailed to you.
For Orders shipped outside the
USA,
a shipping charge
will be added to your order and you will be notified of the cost.
MINIMUM ORDER
We do not have a minimum
order requirement for online orders placed.
We do have a minimum shipping
& handling fee of $8.95.
A $50.00 merchandise minimum for
all orders shipped outside of the USA
A $40.00 merchandise minimum for
all phone-in orders

Items noted as out of stock or
special order items will reference a lead time before delivery.
RETURN POLICY
All items may be returned
within 30 days.
We request
that you email or telephone for a return authorization.
All returns and exchange items
must have a copy of either an Invoice/Invoice Number or RMA number. Return
shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items returned for a refund
are subject to a restocking charge of up to 12%. This fee is necessary
to deter those who are more interested in trying out a product than
actually buying it. If you are unsure about a purchase, we encourage
you to give us a call so that we may assist you in buying the items that
will best fit your needs.
We ship Exchange or Replacement
product back at no charge.

WARRANTY
We sell only New, Fresh
LED Products.
All products
are under a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase.
You must email or call for a
Return Authorization for any product being returned for repair or
replacement. Copy of Invoice/Invoice Number or RMA Number must be packaged
with items to be replaced or repaired.
VOLUME PRICING
We offer the most
aggressive pricing on all our LED products listed.
